From the very beginning of me calling to make my appointment for my very first massage, the person who answered the phone was very professional and helpful in explaining to me the different options I had in choosing the right massage. The day of my appointment, I arrived at the front desk and the person there, again was very helpful and showed me to the locker room to change and get ready for my massage. I was then told after I change to go to the relaxation room. Once I got to the relaxation room, I was offered a beverage to sip on while waiting for the masseuse (Lucy). Inside the relaxation room, I wish I could have stayed all day! It was so calming and relaxing, it was a great way to just kind of unwind and get away from the hectic life that most of us live. A few minutes after that, Lucy came and got me. Once we entered the massage room, she explained everything to me and asked me of my problem areas. The massage was great and 50 minutes went by so quick. She got all my knots out of my shoulders and immediately I felt so much better! I was offered to go back to the relaxation room and then when ready, i could head on out. Overall, experience was phenomenal and I am definitely going back again!!!

As a long time Red Door Spa customer, I recently had my first experience with the salon. After reading many reviews, I made an appointment with Stephanie for a haircut. She was amazing! She gave me the exact cut and look I wanted, solely based off of what I told her - no pictures or anything. I will definitely be back to see her in the future!

I was visiting Short Pump while traveling and needed haircut (my stylist had a family emergency). Mia had an opening and gave me a great haircut. Just what I wanted....showed her a photo. She didn't style it quite to my liking but after I washed it, the cut was perfect!

Courtney does an amazing job on my pedicure and I have been a repeat customer for a while now. The spa is clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I won't go anywhere else for nail services!

I had a great experience and this spa. I felt like royalty. All of the staff was professional and welcoming. Docking one star because I got a pedicure and was advised to wait at least 10-15 minutes to dry the polish on my feet. I waited 30 minutes and put my shoes on thinking it would be completely dry. When I got home (I live an hour away from the spa), my polish was ruined and smudged. Apparently it was still wet even though I waited twice as long. I still recommend this place, but for the prices they suggest, I wouldn't risk getting a pedicure again unless they have dryers for the feet. I'll get gel next time.
